Agilent Technologies announced the retirement of Boon Hwee Koh, who served as Chairperson of the Board for nine years and was a director for over two decades. Effective September 4, 2026, Dow R. Wilson succeeded Koh as independent chair. The board also appointed Glenn Boehnlein to fill the vacancy created by Koh's departure. Boehnlein, age 64, previously served as Vice President and CFO of Stryker Corporation from 2016 to 2025 and is designated as an audit committee financial expert. He will serve on the Audit and Finance Committee and Compensation Committee. Agilent Technologies operates in the analytical and clinical laboratory technologies industry.
