Applied Aerospace & Defense appointed Chris Rogers as President and Chief Strategy Officer effective July 27, 2026. Rogers previously served as the company's Chief Growth Officer since December 2025 and brings over two decades of experience from Harris Williams, where he was Managing Director and Head of the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group. His new role consolidates his prior responsibilities with broad strategic and operational oversight across the enterprise, including business development, M&A, government relations, communications, and investor relations. He reports to CEO Trip Ferguson, and his compensation remains unchanged from his previous arrangement.
