American Battery Technology Company and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) entered into a Modification Agreement to reinstate and modify the terms of a $115,489,662 grant for a lithium hydroxide manufacturing facility. The agreement, retroactively effective from September 1, 2025, realigns the project and budget periods through 2029.
