American Bitcoin Corp. announced that Matthew Prusak will step down as President and Interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 4, 2026, to pursue opportunities in Austin, Texas. The Board appointed Paul Sacks as the new Interim Chief Financial Officer on July 31, 2026, also effective August 4, 2026. Mr. Sacks will retain his existing role as Head of Derivatives with no change to compensation.
