Abivax SA announced positive topline results from Part 2 of its Phase 3 ABTECT 44-week maintenance trial for obefazimod in treating moderate to severely active ulcerative colitis. Patients treated with 50 mg obefazimod demonstrated clinical remission of 37.2% and clinical response of 61.5% at Week 44.
