Ascent Industries Co. entered into an Omnibus Joinder to Loan Documents with BMO Bank N.A. and other lenders on July 17, 2026, to facilitate its acquisition of Midwest Graphic Sales, Inc. and Sigma Coatings, Inc. The amendment adds Ascent Chemicals - MGS, LLC, a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary, as a loan party to the existing Credit Facility.
