Copart acquires ACV Auctions for $10.50 per share in $1.8B deal; shares delisted from NYSE

Copart Inc. completed its acquisition of ACV Auctions Inc. on October 16, 2026, following the expiration of a tender offer at $10.50 per share in cash. The transaction valued the company at approximately $1.8 billion and resulted in ACV becoming a wholly owned subsidiary. Consequently, ACV's common stock was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, and all directors ceased their roles while corporate governance documents were amended. ACV Auctions operates an online wholesale marketplace for used vehicles.
