Array Digital Infrastructure reported third quarter 2026 results with total operating revenues from continuing operations of $53.9 million, a 14% increase year over year. Net income attributable to Array shareholders was $68.8 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.81, compared to net income of $108.8 million and diluted EPS of $1.25 in the prior-year period. The company reaffirmed its 2026 financial guidance for total operating revenues of $205-$215 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $220-$235 million. Pending sales of wireless spectrum to T-Mobile received regulatory approval in October and are expected to close later this year. Array Digital Infrastructure operates a tower infrastructure business, leasing space on its portfolio of towers to wireless tenants.
