Adobe Inc. announced a leadership transition effective December 1, 2026. Anil Chakravarthy, currently President of the Customer Experience Orchestration Business, will succeed Shantanu Narayen as President and Chief Executive Officer and join the Board. Mr. Narayen will retire as CEO and assume the role of Executive Chair to support a smooth transition. Additionally, David Wadhwani notified the Company of his decision to step down from his position as President, Creativity & Productivity Business, effective September 27, 2026, while remaining as a senior advisor during the transition period.
