Archer-Daniels-Midland Company appointed Jeffrey Rowe as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Rowe joins from Syngenta Group, where he served as CEO since January 2024. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $1,200,000, an annual target equity award of $12,500,000, and a 2026 equity award valued at $11,100,000. Additionally, he will receive make-whole awards consisting of a $2,200,000 cash bonus payable in January 2027 and $16,690,000 in RSUs to replace forfeited incentives from his previous employer. Rowe will oversee commercial businesses, global manufacturing, and R&D, reporting to CEO Juan Luciano. The company is a global agricultural supply chain manager and processor that provides human and animal nutrition and bio-based solutions.
