Adient plc reported financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net sales increased to $3,929 million from $3,741 million in the prior year period. Diluted earnings per share declined to $0.32 from $0.43, while net income attributable to Adient fell to $25 million from $36 million. Adjusted diluted EPS was $0.48 compared to $0.45 previously.
