Aehr Test Systems appoints ex-Meta VP Narsing Vijayrao to Board, increases seats to seven

The board approved increasing authorized directors from six to seven and appointed Narsing Vijayrao as an independent director effective October 28, 2026. Mr. Vijayrao joins the Compensation Committee and brings approximately 30 years of experience in infrastructure, AI, and semiconductor technologies, most recently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure at Meta Platforms. He will receive a $65,000 annual cash retainer and an initial RSU grant valued at $140,000 vesting over four years. Aehr Test Systems designs and manufactures automated test systems for the semiconductor industry.
