Atlas Energy Solutions announced on September 25, 2026, that its subsidiary ProjectCo entered into two cost reimbursement agreements with a leading frontier AI lab to secure equipment for data center power projects. The first agreement supports balance-of-plant infrastructure for existing orders under the Global Framework Agreement with Caterpillar Inc., while the second secures an incremental 283 MW of Caterpillar natural gas generation equipment for a separate project. Additionally, Atlas executed a purchase agreement for 328 MW of generating capacity consistent with its GFA obligations for 2027 deliveries. These agreements facilitate near-term financing and de-risk supply chain timelines as the company works toward long-term power purchase agreements.
