Aflac Incorporated issued $65.9 billion in aggregate principal amount of registered senior notes on May 28, 2026, to be used for general corporate purposes. The offering consists of $3.1 billion in 2.117% notes due 2029, $41.8 billion in 2.802% notes due 2031, $13.1 billion in 3.123% notes due 2033, and $7.9 billion in 3.482% notes due 2036.
