The arrangement involves phased deployment and carries aggregate contractual charges of approximately US$300 million to US$400 million over the full term, excluding taxes and additional infrastructure costs. Staged advance payments are capped at US$150 million to US$160 million, with actual expenditures contingent on confirmed capacity delivery and acceptance. The company operates in the premium whisky distribution sector and is developing AI computing infrastructure and cloud-based services.
