agilon health, inc. announced that Chief Technology Officer Girish Venkatachaliah will terminate his employment effective August 1, 2026. Under a Severance Agreement and General Release, Venkatachaliah will receive $766,063.00 in cash severance paid in installments over twelve months. He will also enter into a Consulting Agreement to provide transition services through December 31, 2026. The agreement includes continued vesting of certain equity awards through April 30, 2027. agilon health, inc. is a healthcare services company.
