AgomAb doses first patient in global Phase 2b study of ontunisertib for fibrostenosing Crohn's disease

AgomAb Therapeutics has dosed the first patient in NOV-ERA, a global randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 2b study evaluating ontunisertib in approximately 320 patients with symptomatic fibrostenosing Crohn's disease. The trial will assess three dose levels against placebo over 52 weeks, with endoscopic passability at Week 24 as the primary endpoint. This milestone triggers a €7 million payment to former Origo Biopharma shareholders under the company's acquisition agreement.
