Axe Compute Inc. completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Helomics Corporation to DataMeds AI, Inc. on September 11, 2026. The transaction consideration consisted of 636,328 shares of DataMeds common stock, representing approximately 19.99% of DataMeds' outstanding shares immediately prior to closing, and a convertible promissory note with a principal amount of $1,363,672 at a conversion price of $1.00 per share. Axe Compute assumed responsibility for paying remaining base rent obligations under two Pittsburgh leases through their expiration dates. This divestiture finalizes the company's strategic transition from its former identity as Predictive Oncology Inc. to become a pure-play neocloud GPU-as-a-Service provider.
