AIAI signs services agreement with M42 to form War Tech Consortium, targeting $125M in cash for 2027

AIAI Holdings entered into a Services Agreement with Messier 42 LLC to establish the War Tech Consortium, which will acquire and partner with defense technology companies. AIAI will provide administrative, due diligence, and capital markets services in exchange for 50% of net proceeds from existing sales agreements, starting with anti-drone technology. M42 projects the arrangement will generate approximately $125 million in cash for AIAI in 2027 based on its current pipeline. The transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings per share and expands upon a prior capital contribution announcement.
