Shareholders approve increase in shares available for equity awards under the 2023 Plan by 144 billion ordinary shares

Akari Therapeutics, Plc shareholders voted to authorize an increase of 144,000,000,000 ordinary shares (equivalent to 1,800,000 ADSs) available for grant under the 2023 Equity Incentive Plan. The total pool increases from approximately 19.8 billion to 163.8 billion ordinary shares, plus up to an additional 855,637,300 shares subject to awards granted under the 2014 Plan that are forfeited or expire unexercised.
