Astera Labs reports Q3 revenue of $584.9M and raises Q4 outlook to $730-$750M

Astera Labs reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP revenue of $584.9 million, a 154% increase year-over-year and up 49% sequentially, driven by high-volume production of its Scorpio fabric switches which became the largest product family by revenue. The company posted GAAP diluted net income per share of $0.99 and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.32. Management raised fourth-quarter revenue guidance to a range of $730 million to $750 million, with expected non-GAAP diluted EPS between $1.62 and $1.66. The firm also unveiled new product lines including Aries 7 signal conditioning and the Orion rack-scale reference architecture. Astera Labs provides semiconductor-based connectivity solutions for rack-scale AI infrastructure.
