Alamo Group Inc. completed the acquisition of 100% of Econ Engineering Group Limited, a leading UK manufacturer of roadway maintenance trucks and equipment, on October 27, 2026. The total consideration is approximately £120 million ($158.7 million), subject to customary closing adjustments, funded through Alamo Group’s revolving credit facility. Econ generated $88 million in net sales and $38.5 million in Adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The acquisition expands Alamo Group's Industrial Equipment portfolio and strengthens its platform in the United Kingdom. Alamo Group manufactures and sells high-quality industrial and vegetation management equipment to dealers, contractors, and municipalities.
