Alaska Air Group names current CFO Shane Tackett as president of Alaska Airlines effective June 29

Alaska Air Group, Inc. announced that Shane Tackett, currently the CFO, current CFO and EVP of AAG and Alaska Airlines, will be elected as president of Alaska Airlines, Inc. effective June 29, 2026. In connection with this election, his annual base salary will increase from $659,813 to $692,804 and his target annual cash incentive opportunity will increase from 100% to 105% of base salary.
