Alerus Financial Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $19.2 million, or $0.76 per diluted common share, compared to $20.9 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, in the second quarter and $16.9 million, or $0.65 per diluted share, a year earlier. Net interest income rose 8.3% to $46.7 million, while noninterest income grew 16.7% to $34.4 million. Total loans increased $150.5 million to $4.2 billion and deposits rose $111.2 million to $4.3 billion. The company repurchased $8.2 million of common stock during the quarter.
