Michael Harrington will retire as Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer effective July 1, 2026. The Board appointed Patrick Keenan, the current Chief Accounting Officer, as CFO effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Keenan's compensation includes an annual salary of $375,000 and a target annual bonus of $450,000. AlTi Global, Inc. provides specialized engineering and manufacturing services for the aerospace and defense industries.
