JPMorgan Chase & Co. announced leadership changes including the election of Doug Petno and Troy Rohrbaugh as Co-Presidents, with Petno as sole CEO of the Commercial & Investment Bank and Rohrbaugh as CEO of Consumer & Community Banking. Marianne Lake, current CEO of CCB, is retiring. The firm's Compensation & Management Development Committee approved $30 million each in retention equity awards to Petno and Rohrbaugh, and $20 million each to Mary Erdoes and Jennifer Piepszak.
