Amkor Technology reported third-quarter 2026 financial results with net sales of $1.99 billion, a gross profit of $364 million, and operating income of $225 million. Earnings per diluted share were $0.76, up from $0.51 in the prior-year period, while EBITDA reached $435 million. The company highlighted record revenue in Computing and Automotive & Industrial end markets, offsetting expected weakness in Communications. Amkor provided fourth-quarter 2026 guidance for net sales of $1.9 billion to $2.0 billion and full-year capital expenditures updated to approximately $2.5 billion. During the quarter, the company repurchased approximately $32 million of common stock under its existing buyback program.
