Ameresco appointed Julie Bradshaw as interim principal financial officer and Debbie Angelico as interim principal accounting officer effective September 8, 2026. This follows the resignation of Mark Chiplock from his roles as CFO and principal financial and accounting officer, which becomes effective on September 25, 2026. The company has initiated a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
