Amerant Bancorp Inc. appointed Yecimar Tirado Camacho as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the Company and its subsidiary, Amerant Bank, N.A., effective July 22, 2026. Mrs. Tirado Camacho previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Audit. She succeeds Alberto Capriles, who retired from the Chief Risk Officer role on the transition date. Mr. Capriles will remain with the company as Senior Risk Advisor through December 31, 2026, to assist with the transition.
