Amentum sets Executive Chair Steven J. Demetriou's base salary at $625,000 with $1.25M LTI grant

The revised terms set his base salary at $625,000 with a short-term incentive target equal to 100% of base salary and a long-term incentive grant value of $1,250,000. The agreement removes standard severance obligations but retains entitlement to a pro-rata bonus and full accelerated vesting of outstanding LTI awards upon termination.
