Aemetis reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $5.2 million, or $0.07 per basic share, a significant improvement from the prior-year loss of $23.7 million. Revenue grew 49% to $88.2 million, driven by a 39% increase in Dairy RNG sales volume and $24.7 million in Section 45Z production tax credit income. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $24.8 million compared to negative $5.0 million in the prior year. The company also noted two new dairy digesters began operating, bringing its network to 14 digesters. Aemetis is a renewable natural gas and biofuels company.
