The Board increased its size from nine to ten members to accommodate this addition. Ms. Fox serves as President of The Lovesac Company and brings over 25 years of experience in consumer products, retail, and omnichannel operations, including prior leadership roles at BIC, L’Oréal, and Walmart. Her term continues until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Committee assignments have not yet been determined. Abercrombie & Fitch Co. operates as a global, digitally led, omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories.
