On August 25, 2026, abrdn Total Dynamic Dividend Fund entered into a distribution agreement with ALPS Distributors, Inc., authorizing the sale of up to $75,000,000 in common shares through at-the-market offerings. The fund also engaged UBS Securities LLC as a sub-placement agent under a separate agreement dated August 25, 2026. Shares will be sold at market prices no lower than net asset value plus commissions, with the distributor receiving a 1% sales commission. This equity issuance allows the closed-end investment company to raise capital by issuing new shares of beneficial interest.
