AppTech Payments Corp. announced on July 1, 2026, that Thomas J. DeRosa has stepped down from his roles as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, though he will remain on the Board of Directors. Felipe A. Corrado IV, the current Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer. In this dual role, Mr. Corrado will also continue serving as CFO until a permanent replacement is named. His compensation was adjusted to $300,000 in connection with this appointment.
