Apple Hospitality REIT reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $60.47 million, or $0.26 per share, an 18.9% increase from the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDAre rose 13.3% to $139.7 million, while Modified Funds From Operations (MFFO) grew 16.0% to $118.0 million. The company also raised its full-year 2026 outlook, increasing net income guidance by $19 million and Adjusted EBITDAre guidance by $23 million compared to previous estimates. Additionally, the firm announced contracts to sell five hotels for approximately $72 million and completed refinancing transactions that extended debt maturities.
