AppFolio, Inc. announced several board leadership changes effective June 29, 2026. Directors Andreas von Blottnitz and Janet Kerr will retire, with von Blottnitz stepping down as Chairman. Diya Jolly and Michael Yang were elected as Class I Directors to fill the vacancies. Additionally, President and CEO Shane Trigg was appointed Chairman of the Board, and Winifred Webb was named Lead Independent Director. The company also updated its non-employee director compensation, increasing annual equity awards to $200,000 and adjusting cash retainers for committee chairs and the Lead Independent Director. AppFolio provides cloud-based business management software for the real estate industry.
