Aptiv PLC has announced the spin-off of Versigent Limited, which is scheduled to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker "VGNT" on April 1, 2026. Shareholders of record as of March 17, 2026, will receive one share of Versigent for every three shares of Aptiv held. This transaction allows investors to gain direct exposure to the newly independent entity through a pro rata dividend distribution.
