ArcBest reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $51.7 million, or $2.30 per diluted share, compared to $39.3 million, or $1.72 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. On a non-GAAP basis, earnings were $58.7 million, or $2.62 per diluted share. Consolidated revenue increased 15% year over year to $1.2 billion, driven by stronger performance across both its Asset-Based and Asset-Light segments. The company also provided fourth-quarter guidance for Asset-Light operating income of $17 million to $20 million and projected full-year capital expenditures of $130 million to $140 million.
