Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. entered into definitive agreements to acquire the remaining interests in AllDale Minerals III, LP and AllDale Minerals IV, LP for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $206.2 million. The acquisition is expected to be funded through cash on hand and borrowings under a new financing arrangement and existing credit facility.
