Arm Holdings reports Q2 revenue of $1.44B and net income of $130M

Arm Holdings plc reported total revenue of $1.44 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up from $1.14 billion in the prior-year period. Net income was $130 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to $238 million and $0.22 per share a year ago. Operating income rose to $201 million from $163 million, driven by higher licensing and royalty revenue despite increased research and development expenses of $857 million. For the six-month period, total revenue reached $2.73 billion with net income of $400 million. Arm Holdings plc designs semiconductor intellectual property cores and related technology for the global electronics industry.
