Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. promoted David House to Chief Financial Officer, effective July 17, 2026. Mr. House, who previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance and principal financial officer since August 2024, will receive an annual base salary of $371,315 and a target annual bonus of 50% of his base salary. The company also amended the definition of "change in control" in Chief Business Officer Pierre Kyme's employment agreement to align with Mr. House's agreement.
