Arvinas receives HSR clearance for Rigel license deal with $70M upfront payment

Arvinas, Inc. received HSR Clearance for its license agreement with Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for VEPPANU (vepdegestrant) rights, resulting in an aggregate upfront payment of $70.0 million to Arvinas and Pfizer. The Company and Pfizer are also eligible for an additional $15.0 million upon completion of transition activities and up to $320.0 million in contingent milestone and royalty payments.
