ASP Isotopes Inc. announced on August 20, 2026, that Tetra4 Proprietary Limited has entered the commissioning phase of its Phase 1 liquid helium plant in South Africa. Commercial production is expected to commence in September 2026, with ramp-up to nameplate capacity targeted for the second half of 2026. Phase 1 is projected to produce approximately 70 Mcf/day of liquid helium and 2,500 GJ/day of LNG, potentially generating over $27 million in annualized revenues based on assumed pricing. The company has secured take-or-pay contracts for roughly 75% of Phase 1 LNG and 15% of its helium output. Construction of the significantly larger Phase 2 is planned to begin in late 2026, with up to $750 million in senior debt funding sought from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and Standard Bank of South Africa.
