Aether Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of a 60% equity stake in Noviant Inc. for $3.6 million, consisting of $900,000 in cash and approximately $2.7 million in restricted common stock (686,823 shares). Concurrently, the Company issued a secured promissory note to Streeterville Capital, LLC with an original principal amount of $1,620,000 for net proceeds of $1,500,000.
