ATN extends departing General Counsel Mary Mabey's departure to Dec 31, 2026

The Board of Directors extended the separation date for Senior Vice President and General Counsel Mary Mabey from October 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026. In connection with this change, the company entered into an amendment to her transition agreement. Ms. Mabey will continue receiving her base salary through the new date and remains eligible for a full-year 2026 annual incentive bonus with a target value of 60% of her base salary, determined by company and individual performance. She is also entitled to a one-time cash payment of $100,000 upon separation, subject to continued service through December 31, 2026. ATN International operates in the telecommunications industry, providing broadband and voice services primarily in Latin America.
