Atlas Trinity Tech appoints Chairman Haoyuan Liu as CEO, succeeding Tim Hoi Ching

The Board of Atlas Trinity Tech Limited appointed current Chairman Haoyuan Liu as Chief Executive Officer effective October 15, 2026. He succeeds Tim Hoi Ching, who resigned from the CEO role but will continue serving as an Executive Director. Mr. Liu will lead the company's strategic expansion into personal health care electronics services while retaining his board positions. The appointment follows a new employment agreement with an annual salary of US$150,000.
