David Watkins assumes role of President and CEO following Pablo Castanos resignation; Keith Laskowski appointed EVP of Exploration

Golden Minerals Company appointed Keith Laskowski as Executive Vice President of Exploration and Barbara Henderson as Corporate Secretary, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Laskowski receives a monthly consulting fee of $20,000 through Yellowstone Geological Services LLC, along with an award of 600,000 restricted stock units vesting over three years and eligibility for up to 400,000 additional shares if the stock price exceeds $2.00. Concurrently, David Watkins assumed the role of President and CEO following the resignation of Pablo Castanos from his positions as President, CEO, and Director effective September 30, 2026. Golden Minerals is a precious metals exploration company holding interests in projects in Argentina and Nevada.
