Autolus Therapeutics plc updated its full-year 2026 net product revenue guidance for AUCATZYL (obe-cel) to $140 million–$150 million, up from $120 million–$135 million. The company reported preliminary Q2 2026 net product revenue of approximately $45 million with a gross margin of roughly 35%. Autolus also secured a strategic five-year, interest-only credit facility with Perceptive Advisors for up to $250 million in aggregate principal amount. An initial $75 million was issued on July 30, 2026, with an additional $25 million available at the company's option and further tranches contingent on revenue milestones.
