Gold X2 acquires Coldstream Claims and signs PPA for Bold Ventures assets

Gold X2 Mining Inc. completed its acquisition of the Coldstream mineral exploration property in Ontario. The company also entered into a definitive Property Purchase Agreement with Bold Ventures Inc. to acquire certain mineral claims in exchange for C$500,000 in cash, 150,000 common shares, and a 2.00% NSR royalty on Canadian Critical Minerals. Closing of the Bold acquisition remains subject to customary conditions, including TSXV approval.
