AVAX One Technology CFO Chris Polimeni resigns; to serve as consultant until March 2027

Chris Polimeni resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of AVAX One Technology Ltd., effective August 18, 2026. The company and Mr. Polimeni entered into a separation and consulting agreement on October 13, 2026, under which he will serve as an independent contractor until March 31, 2027, receiving a monthly fee of $10,000 for his services.
